Crispy poories for panipoori
Oil for frying.
Take soojie /rava as per the quantity you want – 250gr/500 gr.
Add salt to taste.
Knead flour with cold water.
The consistency of the dough should be like our normal poori.
Roll small poories and fry at low flame. To make them crispy, it has to be in oil for for longer time till both the side turns golden brown.
Store in an airtight container.
