I remember that day so vividly
Meeting you by chance candidly
My cycle rammed into yours
On that street throwing you on fours
You mighty hurt from the fall
Shrill sirens of ambulance on call
By the nice shopkeepers of that street
Kind hearted one rarely got to meet
Their genuine concern for your welfare
Again a quality we find these days rare
You being a complete stranger
Yet humanity in hearts much larger
You were hospitalised for broken bones few
To heal you energise you to new
Every day I visited you with flowers
Over me you had such magnetic power
Our love blossomed with sincere blessings
For which all shopkeepers kept praying
We are together for thick and thin till today
It is because of the miracle that happened on that day
