We were blessed with an opulent life

Yet an inexplicable void somehow remained

Despite this we were grateful to the Almighty

And found no reason ever to complain.

Out of nowhere like an unexpected miracle

You enchantingly walked into our dreary lives

You are the virgin rays of the glorious sunshine

Amidst the chaotic torrential rains

You reaffirmed our faith in destiny

That once seemed difficult to sustain

You were like the last flicker of hope

When we were totally engulfed in darkness

You lit out world with your radiance

Which we were extremely fortunate to witness

Like a whiff of fresh air you whirled in

For us it was such a refreshing treat

You are the one solely responsible

For reviving the rhythm of our faint heartbeats

In our world we warmly welcomed you

And upon a new journey together we embarked

As we embraced the joy of life with open arms

It gave birth to an unconventional start
