A new leaf when turns into a plant

Scriptures when the priest does chant

When a little baby breaks into a smile

When a model does walk in her style.

When mother gives a hug with a kiss

When father’s praise  you never miss

When grandmom tells her tales at night

And with grandad you have a mock fight.

When a bride walks up to her groom

When kids decorate their new room

When festivities are just around

When a Cricket match is on the ground.

When with friends, a lively goal you score

When fun and laughter is in store

When kites are flying in the air

When raindrops fall on your face bare

When sun shines on the tall treetops

At morn on leaves are shiny dew drops

When a colorful flower on a tree blooms

When a rainbow in front of you looms.

As you sail through the days, you know

The Joy’s of life are those that show

That fills our heart with hope and care

And love and faith it sure does share.
