I am swarmed by thoughts,
thoughts that make me feel lost,
like a bird sitting on a wire,
not very far from a fire,
Does everyone feel the same?
or an excuse which is lame.
Voices screaming, shouting,
asking for help,
fingers pointing, blaming,
no one is hearing a yelp,
feeling ambushed, crushed,
blamed and haunted.
All alone in a dingy place,
standing with eyes closed,
a prison no one escapes,
Its all a game of a case,
sentencing for more dates,
Oh! what a disgrace,
Hope is the only chance,
when people make you dance,
may a new dawn arrive,
may people realize,
the laws are not to tie,
and the lady in white opens her eye.
